Print Head Resolution

image

As higher is the printing head resolution, the saturation will be denser. The unique way to increase the physical resolution of a printing head is to arrange it under an angle of 45 degrees. This way, the plotting density will rise, but during the same time the width of the printing head will decrease. It is possible to calculate the physical resolution. For this purpose it is necessary to know the distance from the first nozzle of the printing head up to last. The received number needs to be translated in inches and quantity of nozzle divided by the distance. The table below shows examples of physical resolution of printing heads.
